Jigsaw Puzzle AS3 Installation

The installation process copies the JigsawPuzzle.fla file containing the raw component, to the components folder of Flash. This makes the JigsawPuzzle component accessible from Components Panel of Flash's authoring environment.

1. Download The JigsawPuzzle AS3 Pack,
   The pack contains the needed files for install. Download link is provided at the end of the page.

Installing the JigsawPuzzle AS3 Component:

Thre are two ways to install the Component:

1. Installation using the Adobe Extension Manager
   Double-click the JigsawPuzzle-*.mxp file supplied within the packege. This will launch the Adobe Extension Manager, which will install the component automatically.
2. Manual Installation
   Go to components folder of Flash
    win: Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash CS4\Common\Configuration\Components
    mac: Applications:Adobe Flash CS4:Configuration:Components
   Create a new folder here, name it someForgs. Then copy into someFrogs, the JigsawPuzzle.fla file, supplied within the package under the folder component.

After all, run Flash CS4 and check the Components panel. You should have here the JigsawPuzzle component under the group someFrogs.

Note: No installation is not required for working with the sample files.
